HART Statement on 7-OH
The Holistic Alternative Recovery Trust (HART) was formed in 2023 to provide education to consumers about the safety and efficacy of holistic alternative recovery solutions and to advocate before Congress and state legislatures to promote responsible regulations of plant-based recovery products.

HART was formed in 2023 to join companies and organizations who have ventured into the holistic alternative recovery industry to help address the national opioid epidemic. Its initial ambitions include:
- Seeking government and private sector funding for scientific research to be conducted at the nation’s universities.
- Providing education to consumers about the safety and efficacy of holistic alternative recovery solutions.
- Advocating before Congress and state legislatures to promote responsible regulations of plant-based recovery products.
Membership
Membership is open to individuals, companies and organizations who share HART’s mission of addressing the opioid addiction epidemic through every means possible.
